2. The Cast Performances

It's hard to know how much of what we saw was actually acting. That's how much Perry meant to each and every person on Riverdale. And that added to the authenticity of their overall performances.

The way in which KJ Apa bit his lip every time Archie spoke about Fred. The way that Cole Sprouse fought so hard to keep the tears from coming because Jughead needed to be strong for his best friend. The way that Molly Ringwald's voice cracked every time Mary Andrews smiled at her son. The way in which Cheryl uncharacteristically broke down because Perry obviously meant so much to Madelaine Petsch. We could go on, but there's just too much greatness to delve into here because every single performer was nothing short of incredible.

Every actor on the show poured their heart and souls into that episode and it showed - it really showed. And it goes without saying that they did Luke proud.
