Scandal: 5 Theories For Season 3

2. Rowan Will Prove To Be An Ally

Scandal - Rowan We only really saw him in fits and starts last season, but soon his identity as the leader of the spy unit B6-13 was revealed and his most important role was the cliffhanger of the second season finale's final moments, as he was unveiled as Olivia's dad. The cliffhanger was well played but since then, everyone's been looking as to what Rowan's motivations really are. Given he's behind a murderous black-ops unit that isn't afraid to punish their own (sorry, Jake), it's not huge to imagine that Rowan will do anything to get the job done, even threatening his own flesh and blood. On the other hand, maybe he's been keeping her best interests at heart this whole time €“ families in Rhimes' work are often dysfunctional, but are rooted in goodness and love. It'd be a big departure to see a father ready to kill his daughter for power and somehow, I have a feeling we can expect Rowan to be one of the strongest €“ if most morally grey €“ allies that Liv can have.
