2. He Convinced Elliott To Leave Sean
JD and Elliott were the on again off again couple of Scrubs, similar to what Ross and Rachel were to Friends. They went out, then they broke up, then they went out again, then they broke up again, on average getting together at least once at year for their first three years.
Elliott moved on from JD however, and when she met Sean, JD only fell deeper in love with her. He was insanely jealous, was always hostile towards her boyfriend, and on several occasions even tried to convince Elliott why she should break up with him.
Eventually, something got through, and the girl of JD's dreams left Sean and was finally ready for a real relationship with him. The only problem was, as Danni pointed out, John Dorian only wants what he can't have, so when Elliott made herself available for him, he didn't want her any more.
Despite the fact he just convinced her to dump her boyfriend, leaving the strongest and most stable relationship she had ever had, he just suddenly decided that he didn't want her any more. He liked her, but he didn't love her, and he chose Turk and Carla's wedding rehearsal dinner to tell her.
