Scrubs: 10 Worst Things JD Has Ever Done

When JD and Turk's old college buddy Spence came to town, he wanted to party with them. Despite the fact that they had done just that the night before, and that they were supposed to lay low due to being on back up call, they ended up drinking beers in a hot tub.

While it was unlikely that they would be called upon, they both knew that there was a chance if there was a catastrophe and both people on call were incapacitated. As it happened, there was a multi-car pile up on the freeway, and both Doug and Todd were injured when they ran into each other, meaning JD and Turk were called in.

Instead of being honest and saying they had had too much to drink, they went to the hospital and were prepared to work. Imagine what could have happened if they had made any kind of mistake because they were drunk. They genuinely could have killed people.

Dr. Cox was right to tell them he lost respect for them, and when they had the audacity to blame Spence for wanting a drink, he was right to tell them they could have easily said no to him. What's even worse is that he judged Dr. Cox several years later for doing the exact same thing. Cox however, made a mistake that cost the lives of three patients and saw him spiral into a pit of depression, whereas JD just fancied a drink.
