7. Todd "The Todd" Quinlan - Antony Starr
Todd is a tough one in Scrubs, as it's easy to fall for his immaturity and energy but difficult to overlook his problematic behaviour. If the show were to be recast, you'd need someone here who can take the character in a fresh direction whilst still maintaining the spirit of the original character. One man who could fit that bill is Antony Starr.
You might know Starr from projects like Banshee or Outrageous Fortune, but his biggest hit has to be the malevolent, blonde-haired superhero Homelander from The Boys. In that performance, he's proved his mettle as a serious yet hilarious actor. Plus, he's got plenty of experience in comedy, and that's not a bad way to start.
Overall, part of what makes Starr fun is that no matter how awful he is, he's still easy to like, thanks to his charm and versatility. If he can make you inexplicably fall for a murderous Superman, he can surely do the same with this poorly behaved surgeon.
