At this point, we're dealing with what season had pound for pound the best episodes, since other than that there are no real weaknesses to talk about.
Season 2 suffered a bit from the same issues as season 1, though this was Seinfeld at their most creative, it was a shorter run than subsequent seasons and that does count against it. Usually, box-sets of the show just put seasons 1 and 2 together.
Other than that, the second season of Seinfeld displayed the format that would see them through their best years, mostly by taking those situations that seem mundane and contextualising them through the show's hilarious narrative.
The best episodes of the show here are again too numerous to actually detail, however, when selecting one of our favourites, we have to mention 'The Heart Attack'. The premise of which is that George needs his tonsils removed and doesn't want to go to the hospital so accepts Kramer's alternative of a holistic healer. The holistic healer sequence is a riot of laughs as Kramer reveals that he is 'off hot water' and Jerry continually undermines the healer as he tries to 'heal' George.
