Sense8 Season 2: 12 Things To Expect

By its very concept, Sense8 is a show with a profoundly globalist outlook, following eight characters living in disparate places as they find a common connection and offer each other support – of the emotional, physical and intellectual kinds.

But this aspect took a good chunk of season one to build up; fair enough, given the sensates were faced with a steep learning curve when it came to their new power.

The finale finally saw the whole gang work together, and we'll be seeing a lot more of this in season two. With the eight of them now operating like one big (and very diverse) family, there'll be a lot more group communion, and with that comes more interconnection between the stories.

In fact, we've been promised that there'll rarely be a scene in one sensate's city where another doesn't get brought in. The special's scene in which Lito and Kala opened up to each other about not being able to love who you want was one particularly beautiful use of this feature, so we can't wait to see how else the cluster support one another.
