She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode Six Review - 5 Ups & 3 Downs

3. Up - Nikki & Mallory

She Hulk Just Jen
Marvel Studios

Nikki has flown under the radar somewhat as a She-Hulk supporting character, of course having less screen time than Jen, but also having to battle every big MCU cameo for attention as well. Last week she had time to shine with Pug, and this week she became part of another fantastic duo.

The first few times Mallory Book was on screen, she came off as quite cold. She was incredibly rude to Jen, and seemed to be as uninterested in her friendship as anyone could possibly be. Episode six brought her properly out of her shell, thanks to Nikki.

With Jen off at Lulu’s wedding, Nikki supported Mallory’s divorce case. Not only was this another great way to poke fun at internet trolls in the way She-Hulk has liked to do, Nikki was able to absolutely shine in the episode’s B story, as did Mallory.

Though they seem very different people on the face of it, they were still able to share a laugh and a drink with a mutual respect at the end of the day. Whether there is more of this, or whether Nikki goes on to have another great relationship with someone else next week, this writer will be happy.
