7. Lestrade's Muttonchops
Just look at those beauties. Back at this year's San Diego Comic Con, Lestrade actor Rupert Graves revealed that he would have "two hedges" glued to his face in the special. Boy, he was not wrong!
But if you look in between the antiquated facial hair there is something else to be learnt. Unlike the hardy Scotland Yard detective inspector we know from regular Sherlock, Victorian Lestrade looks scared. Is this a hint that we will see a character more in line with the traditional adaptations, one who is completely out of his depth on his cases without Sherlock's help? Or is it perhaps the ghosts that we mentioned that have scared him so? Either way, cheer up, Greg!
