10. Bart Simpson's Genitals
Bart has always been an "in your face" and abrasive character, but fans got a little more of him than they bargained for when they sat down to watch the 2007 Simpsons Movie. During the film, Bart is seen skateboarding in the nude, with his private parts being conveniently covered by a variety of objects (including our WhatCulture! logo). That is, right up until one brief moment when his genitals are exposed, an incident that caused uproar among parents, some of whom
called into question the film's PG-13 rating. A full-frontal scene isn't exactly suitable for young audiences, but that's what many children got when everyone's favourite yellow family hit the big screen.
