Even after all the Sons have suffered at the hands of August and his men, Jax still decided to put his leverage over him into play by delivering the preachers wifes statement to District Attorney Patterson, as well as the location of the body in order to have him arrested. As the episode ended, we see Marks being led away in handcuffs while Jax (looking extra studious in his spectacles) and Chibs look on before driving past Moses Cartwright and giving him a vengeful glare. The message was clear: The sh*t is on. A man with August Marks wealth and power probably wont remain in jail for long, and when he gets out things are only going to escalate. And the previews make it seem like Cartwright is able to flip Tyler and the Niners back onto their side and put them in play against the Sons. Its going to get even uglier before things get better.
