After Charming Police Department was absorbed into the County Sheriff's Office and Wayne Unser retired as the resident Chief of Police, Charming fell under the jurisdiction of Lieutenant Eli Roosevelt.
Roosevelt was initially particularly hostile to the MC, wrecking their clubhouse with a fire axe to send a message: it won't be business as usual.
