Some villains wanted to put the Sons in prison, while some were embroiled in a feud by their operations on the streets in and out of Charming. Agent Kohn almost falls into a category of his own however, as he actually wanted nothing to do with the Sons themselves.
His motivation was Tara. They had lived together in Chicago, but when he got violent with her, she fled back to Charming and took out a restraining order against him. This however, didn't stop the creep from leaving flowers on her car, stalking her at work, and completely disregarding her boundaries.
Kohn only crossed paths with Jax because she wanted the SAMCRO VP to protect her. He antagonised Jax by peeing all over Abel's bedroom, before trying to rape Tara. He blamed her for making him feel like a psycho and for him getting violent with her. Apparently she just wasn't used to being loved so deeply.
Absolutely no tears were shed for Kohn when Jax shot him in the head.
