South Park: 10 Best Characters Who Appeared After Season One
4. Tuong Lu Kim
Tuong Lu Kim is a pure example of what makes South Park great. That isn't a reference to racial stereotypes, but rather the concept of a simple character evolving and turning into something entirely over-the-top, which Tuong Lu Kim certainly has.
Introduced in "Jared had Aides", this character came along six seasons into the show but instantly became one of the most popular characters. His goofy personality, silly voice acting and running jokes are always a great source of chuckles, and he's played a prominent role in multiple episodes.
He's even proven to be very versatile, taking on the role of a pilot, builder of walls (to keep the Mongolians out) and even the alter ego of a deranged therapist (William Janus).
The fact that he started as a fast-food worker and ended up becoming part of a host who has multiple personality disorder is precisely the kind of chaos and ludicrous storytelling that South Park has become known for. So, of course, he deserves his place here.
