South Park: 10 Most Disturbing Episodes

Considering himself too mature for his peers, Cartman takes to the internet to find more like-minded people, but upon advertising himself online as a young boy looking for mature friends, he very quickly attracts the attention of some older men who have more than simple friendship on their minds.

Cartman's enthusiasm for having older friends quickly sees him becoming the poster child for NAMBLA - the unfortunately very real North American Man/Boy Love Association - and willingly brings his classmates into their evil clutches.

The episode does undercut the sickening storyline by utilising very old-fashioned slapstick humour, but it will still likely make your skin crawl throughout. And whilst it's usually the case for South Park to use its secondary plot to provide some levity, this one has an equally distressing b-story to keep things grim throughout.

After discovering that his parents are expecting another baby, Kenny sets about trying to murder his unborn sibling. Starting off with simple pills, and eventually going so far as to attack his mother with a toilet plunger. Everything in this episode is presented in a highly silly way, but the actual content will never be anything less than truly disturbing.
