South Park: 10 Times Eric Cartman Got What He Deserved

1. Wendy Brutally Destroys Cartman

Episode: Breast Cancer Show Ever (Season 12, Episode 9)

Of all the characters on South Park to change over the years, Wendy Testaburger was the most drastic. She went from a sweet, slightly bratty girl to a matured feminist pioneer who worked hard for justice in school. She’s also formed a rivalry with Cartman who ridicules Wendy for her views and beliefs.

He takes it a step too far when he makes fun of Wendy for raising awareness for breast cancer and declares she will fight Cartman after school. This leaves Cartman frightened and nervous (no surprise there) meaning he will go at extreme lengths just to avoid the fight, even if it means getting detention.

He pulls the ultimate move as he plays a pathetic victim to his mother so that she can intervene and stop the fight. Wendy is told off by her parents with Cartman and Liane present in the room and she reluctantly gives in. Typically, Cartman teases Wendy by flipping her off and making nasty expressions, knowing she’s powerless.

Adding to his trolling ways, Cartman makes a presentation on Breast Cancer just to rub in her face that he is victorious. Wendy fights off the temptation of going through with her actions anyway until she is called to Principal Victoria’s office. The principal essentially speaks in metaphors by saying “Cancer does not play by the rules” and “you refuse to let that fat little lump make you feel powerless” – in other words, go ahead with the battle.

Here comes the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Wendy announces the fight against Cartman without a care about the consequences and we witness the most brutal Cartman beating of all time. He is left bruised, bleeding and crying, all in front of his delighted school mates.

If ever you watch South Park and feel enraged by one of Cartman’s ignorant moments, just watch Wendy beat up Cartman to a pulp and you’ll feel so much better.
