South Park: 10 Worst Things That Have Ever Happened To Butters

We probably should have seen this coming, since Butters has previously been a pimp and was addicted to an adult movie. Though the test that diagnosed him was shaky at best.

All throughout America, rich & successful men are finding different women to have sex with despite having perfectly good wives and everything they could possibly want in life. Doctors suspect there is a pandemic of sexual addition caused by aliens at Independence Hall, because South Park adults are morons.

It's their belief it will soon affect children, and after failing the "nice lady with the handkerchief" test, Kyle, Kenny and Butters are diagnosed as sex addicts. While Kyle is desperate to cure it, Kenny inadvertently kills himself through autoerotic asphyxiation, and Butters is haunted by the picture shown to him.

Throughout the rest of the episode he is fascinated by "bush" like the nice lady had, tries to make sense of what he saw and almost drives himself to insanity whenever he sees a shrubbery.

Only when the "wizard alien" is dead does Butters feel better about himself, and is back to his happy, oblivious self.
