There's an Asian festival in South Park and Stan, Kyle, Cartman & Kenny con a vendor into selling them very real weapons. The four become anime-style heroes, travelling the land and ridding the town of evil. Butters wants to be apart of it and becomes their mortal enemy, bringing back Professor Chaos.
During their epic battle, Kenny strikes a critical blow with his shuriken felling their foe! Then reality sets in and the boys realise they've lodged a throwing star in Butters' eye.
Rather than get him help from a doctor and risk losing their cool weapons, they disguise him as a dog and take him to a blind vet more interested in putting random animals to sleep.
He's eventually discovered and treated at around the same time Cartman exposes himself in front of the whole town. And because nudity is a bigger crime than mutilating your classmate, no-one gets into trouble over Butters' injury, and the boys (bar Cartman) get off scot-free.
