Squid Game: Every Game Ranked Worst To Best

The Honeycombs game from the third episode ("The Man With The Umbrella") got off to a good start, as the choice given to players to pick a shape got you wondering how it would affect their overall chances of survival. But, that excitement didn't last too long once you realised what the contest really was.

In this one, the players were given a honeycomb with a specific shape in it and a needle. They were then told to cut the shape out without damaging it. Those who were successful got to live, and those who weren't, well, you know what happened to them. Overall, it was a nice way to add a change of pace to the games, but that didn't make it very exciting.

This one was incredibly static as there was little physical excursion required. The concept was interesting but led to all the characters sitting down and working on something intricate, which, while very tense for them, wasn't visually exciting for the audience.

Again, the sequence itself was carried by the characters and the drama, but as a game, it was a snore-fest.
