You know you want this. James Bond on the Enterprise. Or any starship. While he may be pretty much thought of as a dramatic hero, he has experience in other roles as well. He's voiced a villain in The Adventures of Tintin, and is no stranger to science fiction, having been the lead in Cowboys & Aliens. Also, he's a confessed Star Trek fan, having even reportedly once said he wished he could appear in the then-upcoming Star Trek film. He's a natural at playing strong leading men, while also competent at comedy, having guest hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live, so his version of a starship Captain wouldn't have to be a direct take-off of his other roles. Of course, he's quite busy with his current projects, appearing in both the James Bond franchise and the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo films. But still...you know you want this.
