Cut to what appears to be the Prime Universe's version of Starfleet Headquarters and a summit being hosted by Admiral Jean-Luc Picard.

Picard at a podium is surrounded by Starfleet officers and the flags of familiar worlds:

From the left to right there is the red and black flag of the Klingon Empire as seen in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, the Tellarite flag introduced in Star Trek: Discovery's "Will You Take My Hand?", the blue flag representing the United Federation of Planets as established in Star Trek: The Next Generation, the new split-delta Starfleet Command flag introduced in Star Trek: Picard's premiere, the flag of Starfleet Academy first appearing in TNG's "The First Duty", a Vulcan flag, a Bajoran flag, and a Ferengi flag resembling the one that appeared in the TNG episode "Bloodlines".

It's likely that this is a meeting of the Federation and its allies, not an indication that the Klingons, Bajorans, and Ferengi have finally, officially joined the UFP, but it has been more than 20 years since we've checked in with those races in the 24th century, so you never know.
