Star Trek: Discovery Episode 3.8 Review: Ups And Downs From The Sanctuary

1. SLOW BURN (DOWN)

Star Trek Discovery Slow Burn
CBS

Yes, this may seem like harping on about well covered ground, yet the end of this episode frsutratingly has the ship unable to plot the course quickly, using Adira's equation. This is the same equation that allowed Adira to plot a course to Federation HQ in about a second. Obviously, the Burn mystery is the central mystery of the season - one being geared up for a big reveal.

It is just taking. So. Long.

Now anyone who has been following these lists this season will know that we are getting quite impatient with the contrived delays, so it is with supreme hope that we look forward to find the ship in the nebula - hoping that this will answer some questions. However, this is a well deserved down. Again, when it comes to the season round up - the SLOW BURN is going to be given a down for this season!
