Star Trek Lower Decks: Every Easter Egg & Hidden Reference From 'Envoys'

Last week's episode introduced us to numerous legacy aliens serving aboard the Cerritos and "Envoys" establishes two more, both working in security.

When Shaxs introduces Rutherford to the "bear pack", there's a Napean lieutenant who was seen manning the tactical station during the bridge simulation earlier in the episode. Previous appearances of Napeans include the TNG episode "Eye of the Beholder" and Deep Space Nine's "Explorers" and "Family Business".

There's also what appears to be a Xahean ensign, the same race as Queen Me Hani Ika Hali Ka Po from Short Treks' "Runaway" and Discovery's "Such Sweet Sorrow" and Calen from Star Trek: Picard's "Remembrance".

During his medical training earlier in the episode, Rutherford operates on an injured Bajoran ensign, suffering from dilithium burns which are apparently quite lethal.
