You've gotta love subspace anomalies! They always make for some interesting experiences. After passing through a subspace anomaly, Voyager is duplicated and while one ship is unaffected and trying to repair itself, the other is ripping apart.

Turns out, the intact Voyager trying to repair itself is inadvertently destroying the other Voyager with it's efforts. We also see the intact Voyager deliver a healthy Naomi Wildman, while the duplicate Voyager lost theirs due to system failures caused by their damage. The duplicate Voyager also loses their Harry Kim, while the other doesn't.

Once the two ships become aware of each other (thanks to Kes), it's a race against time for the two ships to reach a decision as to which ship can be saved and how they will do it. The Vidiians show up and attack the intact Voyager, making the decision for them.

The Janeway on that Voyager then orders her Harry to take himself and their Naomi Wildman to the other Voyager. We then see a badass Janeway calmly setting the intact Voyager to self-destruct as Vidiians board the ship and politely welcoming them to the bridge before we see the ship self-destruct. It's an intense episode that had us wishing that both ships could be saved.

A recently created Star Trek fan with a special affinity for the adventures of Voyager and its crew. I enjoy the occasional horror movie and love anything 80s to the point where I've been told I was an 80s child reborn. I'm a true blue Aussie and proud of it.
