Star Trek: Voyager - Ranking Every Major Character Worst To Best

When the producers were worried about ratings falling in the third season of the show, they decided the best thing to do was introduce a new character, specifically one that might appeal to the... let's call it 'teenage boy demographic'. Jeri Ryan joined the crew of the USS Voyager from the outset of season 4, during the highly anticipated conflict with the insidious Borg.

A former drone who was separated from the Collective, Seven found some difficulty in adjusting to her new life as part of Voyager's crew. She didn't understand social interaction, especially with men who were romantically interested in her (looking at you, Harry Kim). She was frequently plagued by issues and memories of her former life as one of the galaxy's most terrifying powers. She wore a skin-tight lycra suit that many found a bit over the top.

Nevertheless, Seven made a valuable addition to the crew, reminding them that we're never really done growing up and that the hand of forgiveness must be extended to whoever might, just might, be able to accept it.

Seven recently reappeared in Star Trek Picard, sporting longer hair and more guns than she could shake a nano-probe at, showing that she had moved from child to mother in her years of freedom from the Collective.

Still bitter that Star Trek Enterprise got canned and almost old enough to angrily tell the kids to 'Get Off My Lawn!'
