7. Ahsoka Vs. Garnac - The Clone Wars: Season 3, Episode 22
No lightsaber? No problem. In this scene, Ahsoka is fighting out of a desperation to survive and save those who would be victims to the Trandoshans evil hunts. Still very young at this point, she goes toe to toe with Garnac, the Trandoshan leader, and we see just how proficient a force-user she is.
This is a rare story arc where Ahsoka is without her Jedi friends, and she rises to the challenge of becoming the de facto leader to save those around her. The Trandoshans are no easy enemy to escape and they're frankly a terrifying opponent (think of Bossk's creepy appearance alongside Boba Fett in The Empire Strikes Back).
But Ahsoka, exhausted and without lightsaber, shows her will to survive as she beats down Garnac in a tense and visceral fight. Her command of force powers illustrates how comfortable she is in her training and in the end the fearless leader Garnac is defeated by the incredibly competent Jedi.
