3. Ewan McGregor's Obi-Wan
The upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney Plus Series may be even more hyped than the star studded second season of The Mandalorian. The series will follow the legendary Jedi Knight, played by Ewan McGregor for the first time since the Star Wars prequels.
Recently, it has been reported that Dawson will again appear as Ahsoka in the still untitled Obi-Wan series. Ahsoka and Obi-Wan share a good deal of screen time in Clone Wars, and build a special friendship of their own around their mutual love of Anakin, so seeing them together again promises some nice stories.
Ahsoka's appearances in two live action Disney Plus series could lead to other big guest roles. She could also easily appear in the upcoming Cassian Andor series, meaning she would be in every Disney Plus Star Wars series. If Ahsoka could effectively become Disney Plus's Star Wars "Mascot," then her own series would not seem like a stretch. Plus, her series would be connected to the three other Star Wars shows, increasing audience from the start.
