Star Wars: The Bad Batch - 10 Unresolved Plot Points It Must Answer

7. Missing Clone Wars Content

The Clone Wars suffered an unfortunate cancellation after Disney bought Lucasfilm in 2012.

The series was cancelled after its sixth season, leaving plenty of planned story arcs on the cutting room floor, with only a select few being completed for last year's Clone Wars revival.

One storyline in particular would've focused on a young Boba Fett doing some missions with the fan favourite Cad Bane. In a similar fashion to Solo: A Star Wars Story, Bane, much like Beckett, acted as a mentor to the growing bounty hunter, until a difference in opinion led to a classic Western shoot-out.

Boba Fett is once again a popular talking point amongst the Star Wars community given his appearance in The Mandalorian. A cameo appearance during the Bad Batch series would definitely capitalise on the character's resurgent popularity, while also fulfilling some of the promise of LucasArts' cancelled 1313 video game, which would've depicted Fett's rise as a legendary bounty hunter.
