The Clone Wars was full of memorable clones, with Rex and the 501st at the centre of it.

But Rex and the gang were not the only notable troopers that fans kept their eyes on. If The Bad Batch goes on to answer why the Empire started shifting from clones to stormtroopers, then these clones in particular better make an appearance.

Commanders like Bly and Cody play a prominent role in the series as well as in Revenge of the Sith - Bly being the one that executed Aayla Secura and Cody being Obi-Wan's loyal companion throughout much of the conflict.

Fans are likely aware of some of the fates regarding these exceptional clones; Commander Fox for example appears in the Vader comic book series but is swiftly executed after his men mistake the Dark Lord of the Sith for another Jedi.

Exactly how Cody and the boys dealt with the aftermath of Order 66 would be an interesting plot point for the show to deal with, especially with fans speculating that he could be the main force behind the sinister looking Elite Squad seen in The Bad Batch's first trailer.

As a side note, it is also heavily rumoured Cody may appear in the Obi-Wan Disney+ series, but it is unclear if this will be as a flashback to the Clone Wars or during the events of the show.
