Stranger Things 2 Trailer: 10 Shots You Must See

2. The Lost Boy

Oh, Will Byers. Please, please stop getting lost!

Stranger Things Season 1 was essentially the search for Will Byers. He was the MacGuffin of the season, if you will. The entire show centered around him at times, yet we actually saw very little of him, all things considered.

Now that he's back in Hawkins, you can expect to see more of Will - and learn how his time in the Upside Down changed him. And change him it did, you can rest assured of that. Last we saw, Will was having visions of the alternate dimension that were all too real, and vomiting up a slug-like creature. It seems as if he's still connected to the other side - perhaps part of him never even left.

That's speculation, but what we do see in the trailer for Stranger Things 2 is Will in danger. Will wandering off alone at times - and in this particular case, Will apparently stuck in the midst of some sort of vortex.

Is this a way back to the upside down? Is something about to arrive in our world? Is this disturbance somehow alive? Joyce's youngest son certainly doesn't look happy to be there, in either case.
