Stranger Things: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best

If Mike is the heart of the group, then Lucas is the head. While most of his friends will simply go with their gut while charging headfirst into danger, Lucas prefers to take a step back and actually think about things for a second. This is why it takes him a while to warm to Eleven in season one and you can’t really blame him for being wary of the bald girl with psychic powers who just stumbled out of the woods a few days ago.

It’s just a shame that as the seasons have gone on, Lucas has received less and less focus. In season one, he took matters into his own hands and discovered that the gate to the Upside Down was located at Hawkins Lab, but by season three, his sister is getting more screen time than him and he’s mostly there to get berated by his new girlfriend, Max.

Throwing fireworks at the Mind Flayer was still a highlight but Lucas taking charge of his own story in season four would be a welcome return to form for the character.
