Will may have been rescued from the Upside Down last year, but - as we had a glimpse of at the end of Season 1 - all is not well for him, as he continues to be haunted by the dark world he was trapped in, as Matt Duffer told EW: "He seems to be seeing images from the Upside Down - the question is whether they’re real or not. So it seems like he’s having some sort of post-traumatic stress disorder.”

Things aren't going too much better for the other kids either. Mike and Nancy both lost people close to them last year (Eleven and Barb respectively), and are struggling to come to terms with that, as Ross Duffer explained: "She and Mike are both the most screwed-up because they’re the ones who both lost someone. They’re both grappling with that, and we see the effects.”

Still, it's not all doom-and-gloom. As previously mentioned, there'll be a new love interest character for Dustin and Lucas, and what's more Dustin (who, let's be honest, is everyone's favourite) is getting a new pet, in the form of a strange polliwog-esque creature: "It’s a little creature I get to bond with. It’s obviously not from this planet or this dimension,” said Gaten Matarazzo.
