10. Why Is Max Covering Up The Attacks?
Max Lord has made his displeasure at alien menaces known throughout the season so far (well, at least to us viewers if not to the shows other characters), and so the events of the mid-season finale gave Lord the perfect ammunition to go on a public tirade against Kryptonians. Only he chooses not to. One of his buildings came under siege from Non and his followers, yet when questioned on TV, Lord instead decides to cover up the attacks and not make even a mention of any alien interference. Of course, given Lords shady side, theres clearly more to this than merely sweeping things under the carpet, and the big question here is why does he want to keep schtum.
