7. Why Not Call Superman?
Weve already seen the shadow of Supermans cape loom large in CBS Supergirl so far, and our titular heroine has made it a point to not rely on him, but really, surely this episode called for a quick text message to the Big Blue Boy Scout. With Kara powerless as National City falls into chaos after the earthquake that hit it, the city is literally falling apart and the lives of countless civilians are in danger. As such, it just felt odd that the Man of Steel didnt even get a mention. Even if Supes was busy with his own problems, it wouldve made sense to have shown either Kara or James at least try to contact the Last Son of Krypton considering how bad the situation was in National City.
