1. Becky Drugs Sam And Marries Him Without Consent
Ah, yikes, this one has not aged well. To be fair, it was outdated and uncomfortable even at the time. You can easily argue that was the intention all along for Becky as a character, but that doesn't make this moment any easier to sit through.
Becky Rosen was introduced in season five and made it very clear, right off the bat, that her intentions with Sam Winchester were far from platonic. As a fan of the in-universe Supernatural books, she had an obsession with him, even using the online username samlicker81 - a great first impression.
Still, what was at first a mostly harmless gag ended up turning into a magnet for uncomfortable scenes, with one of the worst coming during the episode "Time For A Wedding."
In this outing, Becky drugged Sam, forced him to marry her and then knocked him out once the spell wore off, tying him to a bed and removing his pants. It was, without a doubt, one of the most awkward and uncomfortable storylines to grace Supernatural.
The series worked hard to redeem her in season 15, even giving her a family, but for many, this was too little too late, as her creepiness was etched into their brains.
