5. Lilith
Horror fans know that there is nothing more terrifying than a child.
During Lillith's first few appearances she chose to take the form of a young girl as she sought to free her father, Lucifer. As the oldest demon ever created she had undying loyalty to her creator and went as far as to baiting Sam into killing her. With her death, the final seal containing Lucifer was broken.
Lillith was a prime example of a sadistic and downright cruel individual who revelled in the torture of others.
Her later appearances were a little lacklustre as she was swiftly eviscerated by the Archangel Michael following her resurrection. However, her appearances in the earlier seasons definitely left a lasting impression as she led the armies of hell in a rampage across Earth.
