Teen Wolf: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best

Melissa McCall might just be TV's best ever mother. Finding out her son is a werewolf and is being hunted by other supernatural beings and vengeful humans alike, Melissa wastes little to no time jumping in to help him, offering aid at the hospital where she works and allowing Scott to be the best friend and leader he can be.

Season after season, Melissa proved to be an invaluable member of the pack, helping Scott and his friends understand the world they're living in and saving their lives on more than one occasion.

The issue with her character is simple to notice when you watch the whole show: She's barely around for the really big moments. All of her scenes and input on the plot takes place to the side of the main action. She'd help the team, wouldn't be seen for several episodes, help them again - and that's about it.

Her place in the overarching story is nowhere near as important as it could have been, meaning she doesn't have much of an arc over the show's six seasons. She still rules, though.
