For a show thats hallmark moments are built on discomfort, this episode is a full exercise in the feeling. Four male cast members get into a giant piece of clothing known as "The D*ck Skirt," in which they get naked from the waist down and talk about each other's genitalia. It is an hour fraught with unease, low lighting, and talking about junk. 

As with episodes such as Belly Burrito, the callers exert a strange amount of aggression towards the cast which gives the episode a persistent struggle that drives the hour. It is a show full of its cast debasing themselves as much as possible for their viewer's enjoyment. The slew of uncomfortable questions from caller Millie from New Hampshire are particularly probing, and they only come out towards the top of the show. From beginning to end, it never lets up in its nervousness and it is remarkably cathartic.
