The Arrowverse: 10 Most Hated Supporting Characters

What a waste of screen time she was.

Evelyn Sharp was one of Oliver's new initiates for team Arrow in season five, and is easily the weakest part of a stellar season. For such an uninterestingly written character who has nothing of note to herself, she sure does find a lot to complain about. Namely, when the truth came out that Oliver used to be Star City's original killer vigilante, she decided to get on her high horse and berate him for his past killer ways.

But here's the kicker. Back in season four of Arrow, she was a bad guy! She was trying to kill people! She stole Black Canary's identity to try and murder Damien Darhk's wife. So, she hasn't exactly got a spotless record there herself.

But she didn't actually kill anyone - unlike Oliver some might argue. To that, let's take a look at what Evelyn did next. After criticising Oliver for the fact that he killed people in the past, she defects from team Arrow to join up with villain Prometheus who is, *ahem*, a serial killer! Her choices were so nonsensical that she was absolutely infuriating to watch.

And the worst thing... viewers were robbed of a cathartic end to her character because after Lian Yu was blown up, she's never mentioned again. Sure she was left in a cage, and probably died in the inferno (unlike anyone else), but it's never shown or stated. It's almost as if the show hated her as much as the fans, and couldn't be bothered to keep including her.
