The Bad Batch: 10 Things We Learned From The Trailer

Here's the big one.

Echo is a bit of a wild card with the Bad Batch. By the looks of the trailer, the Bad Batch do not go along with Order 66, which could be because they do not have the inhibitor chips that we know all clones have, that being due to their genetic mutations.

Echo, however, is another story. It’s possible that he had his chip removed when the Separatists held him hostage and performed experiments on him. But then again, they might not have been aware of it. Only Dooku and Sidious knew of the inhibitor chips, and they both went to great lengths to keep that secret hidden.

There are lots of shots of the Bad Batch fighting together, but Echo appears to be missing. There is a particular shot of Echo pulling down the visor of an unidentified black uniform, followed by a shot of Crosshair lowering his weapon, almost in surprise.

This could be a misleading aspect of the trailer, and could just be a new uniform that Echo has adopted in order to blend in with their new walk of life, although it would certainly be interesting to see one of their own hunting down the rest of the squad.
