The Best Villain From Every Season Of The Flash

Hunter Zolomon/Zoom may have been another speedster villain for Barry to face, but his nightmarish design and ruthless edge helped him stand apart from his predecessor. Zoom's introduction also saw the introduction of the Multiverse as a concept, thus expanding the lore of not only the Flash but the entire Arrowverse.

Initially posing as Jay Garrick, aka the Flash of Earth-2, Zolomon charmed his way into the good graces of Team Flash while simultaneously terrorizing Central City as his demonic alter-ego. Ultimately, his defeat came after he lost a fateful race to Barry and this led to his alteration at the hands of Time Wraiths.

Zoom may lose points for posing as yet another mentor figure for Barry, but he made up for it by heinous acts such as dealing Barry his most decisive defeat at that moment, murdering an entire squad of CCPD officers and essentially intimidating all of Earth-2's villains into serving him.

His transformation into Black Flash was a short-lived but interesting decision as it capitalized on his fearsome appearance and made him an unwilling but still effective guardian of the timeline, as well as the bane of Reverse-Flash's existence for a while.
