6. Mr. And Dr. Howard Wolowitz
Season 6 was full of fun with our newly wedded couple of Howard and Bernadette Wolowitz. Over the course of the season we watched them tackle the chore of becoming domesticated, while growing ever closer as a couple, and also as best friends. Their evolution on-screen has been the best work of the writing staff thus far, and the couple has grown by leaps and bounds over the past two seasons. Of particular note in Season 6 was the episode entitled "The Closet Reconfiguration" in which Howard discovers an unopened letter from his estranged father, and all his friends rally around him to help him through one of the most difficult times of his adult life. In a rare occasion, the entire cast was in the same scene, and they all had extremely critical parts to play; this was one of the best episodes of the series thus far. So with Season 7, the likely progression of Howard and Bernadette's relationship will bring us to eventual talk of a Wolowitz offspring. Just this premise alone should provide for multiple episodes of laugh-out-loud discussions between the entire cast, most notably Bernadette, who is very wary of small children, but also, and probably most importantly Sheldon. One can only imagine how he will react. However this storyline plays out, it's sure to encompass and affect the entire cast in different ways and provide for some great scenes throughout the new season.
