We saw a gang of lovable scientists make accomplishments, fall in love and learn a thing or two from Penny.

Sheldon broadened his horizons and embarked on a physical relationship with Amy. Howard took his engineering career to new heights when he went to the International Space Station. Leonard and Penny put aside their fears and settled down together. Raj even managed to overcome his selective mutism and was able to speak to women without getting drunk.

Yet it wasn't just the main cast of characters who made The Big Bang Theory so great. Each episode of the show featured great stars and other characters. We got to know Sheldon's mother, their friends and former Star Trek cast members.
