6. Enhanced Accuracy With Guns - Gunpowder
On paper, the ability to shoot anything you want with great accuracy seems pretty great. Not only can you take out the bad guys, but your exact strikes mean no one else gets hurt in the process. The problem is, Gunpowder doesn't give this power a particularly good name.
You can see practical evidence of how lame this power is in Gunpowder's first battle against Billy Butcher. During this fight, Powder uses his "great accuracy" to take multiple shots at the leader of The Boys, even ricocheting bullets off the terrain, and the only blows he lands are grazes. Wait, that's how good a shot he is? That is not impressive at all!
If your whole gimmick is being able to shoot well, then you surely need to be able to shoot well. This fight essentially proves that his power is hardly effective at all, making you wonder how it can even be called a superpower in the first place, rather than just a relatively impressive skill.
If you manage to make Suicide Squad's Deadshot look good by comparison, then you've really got to rethink what you're doing.
