The Boys: Ranking All The Main Characters Worst To Best
3. Queen Maeve
The Boys' answer to Wonder Woman, Queen Maeve proved right out the gate to be one of the show's most intriguing characters. A woman who was once the most passionate and heroic supe in town, her time with the Seven and the worst of humanity quickly sucked the life out of her, making her resigned to the events that surrounded her.
Still at her core a true hero, the amount of tragedy and heartache she's suffered in such a short period of time have only threatened to beat her down further. But Maeve isn't one to take things lying down, always finding a way to get back up, brush herself off, and face her adversities head on.
Her relationship with Homelander forms a large chunk of the show, as it becomes clear from the get-go that she is the level head to his more outlandish and sadistic actions. Then there's her relationship with newcomer Starlight, a heroin who reminds Maeve of who she used to be. Maeve is tragic, wise, tough as nails, and, no matter what she goes through, fans can rest assured she's going to keep on going and show everyone around her who's boss.
