The Boys: Ranking All The Main Characters Worst To Best

13. Ashley Barrett

Ashley Barrett was a supporting character in the first season, acting as Vought Industries' Director of Talent Management before becoming one of the heads of the company. A perfectionist who loves to seize a opportunity for some good superhero publicity, she is in many ways one of the show's biggest comic relief characters.

As the Director of Hero Management, her stress and growing fear of her heroes makes her at once absolutely hilarious and weirdly tragic. She is by no means a good person, as is evident by the way she treats Starlight and how manipulative she can be of those around her, but watching her grapple with the Seven and grow more and more unhinged is still quite horrendous.

Outside of the comedic side of things, Ashley has had a great little arc so far, and promises to keep rising through the ranks with the next season. That being said, she's easily the least complex and deep person in the core players, and therefore sits in the list's bottom half.

Aidan Whatman hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
