15. The Familiar Neighbours - Daredevil S1

Across the hall from Nelson & Murdock's law office in Daredevil stands another office carrying the name Atlas Investments. The logo and name should be familiar to Marvel comics fans, as it's almost exactly the same as the one used by Atlas Comics used before they turned into Marvel Comics.

There's also another reference on the duo's own office door, which still carries the name of the last occupant - Van Lunt Real Estate. That's clearly a reference to Cornelius Van Lunt, head of the Zodiac International crime cartel, and the other name of incredibly bad Marvel villain Taurus.
