Although this episode may not have earned a high ranking in the history of Doctor Who, it's almost worth enduring the poor CGI and the flamboyant scientist that awkwardly embraces the Doctor just for this one, perfectly executed line. David Tennant's nonchalant, cool delivery justifies all of the Tenth Doctor's unwarranted pretentiousness. Just face it, tiny, insignificant human beings. You can never best the Doctor in a game of wits.
