The Flash: 10 Best Villains (so Far)
1. Reverse-Flash
Zoom may have tried to give him a run for his money as the Flash's greatest foe, but Eobard Thawne still remains the standard for which any and all future antagonists will be striving for.
Not much can be said that hasn't already been said about how excellent the Reverse-Flash was in season one, but he deserves it, whether it's how entertaining the dual performances by Tom Cavanagh and Matt Letscher have been in bringing him to life or how the deep emotional impact he's left on the various members of the team will still be felt until the series ends.
Fortunately, though, season two ensured that Thawne isn't going anywhere, thanks both to the introduction of time remnants and the fact that Barry ended the season by going back in time to knock him out before he could kill Nora Allen.
The show still has a lot of mileage left in exploring the Thawne/Allen dynamic past, present, and future, and it's hard not to be glad that he's one villain whose story is still far from over.
