The Flash Season 2: 10 Problems Nobody Wants To Admit

1. There's No Sense Of Danger

In the first season of The Flash, Eobard was always lurking somewhere and doing something sinister. He appeared in nearly every episode of the show and you truly felt he was capable of doing anything he wanted at any time. Every scene with him would be tense, just waiting for him to get up out of his chair and start wrecking people left and right. Now they're actually passing off paralyzed Barry as if he isn't going to be running again by the end of the episode. With Zoom there is a sense that he could strike at any time, but he's literally another Universe away. There's no impending threat of him attacking and you don't get the sense that he could be in the next room over ready to kill everyone, and most instances where he finally does show up he just talks to people. Whenever Eobard showed up in the suit you at least knew somebody was about to get killed. Of course we still have another half of the season to watch, and judging from advertisements, things are about to get insane for both The Flash and Zoom.
